Refund Policy

I want you and your animal to have the best possible experience with my services. Because each session is personalized, time-based, and involves energetic preparation, I do not offer refunds for completed sessions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged in full.

Refunds for Prepaid Sessions

  • If you’ve purchased a prepaid package or a single session and change your mind before we begin, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no session has been used.

  • Once the first session has taken place, the package becomes non-refundable.

Technical or Payment Issues

If a technical or payment processing error occurs on my end, I will promptly correct it and issue a full refund when appropriate.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
