Refund Policy

I want you and your animal to have the best possible experience with my services. Because each session is personalized, time-based, and involves energetic preparation, I do not offer refunds for completed sessions.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged in full.
Refunds for Prepaid Sessions
If you’ve purchased a prepaid package or a single session and change your mind before we begin, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no session has been used.
Once the first session has taken place, the package becomes non-refundable.
Technical or Payment Issues
If a technical or payment processing error occurs on my end, I will promptly correct it and issue a full refund when appropriate.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
