SELF ESTEEM / BUILDING PERSONAL CONFIDENCE

Self esteem is the inner knowledge and feeling that you measure up to the view of the world you have.

Hypnotherapy has proven time and time again, to help us to uncover the core feelings causing poor self-esteem, low confidence and in turn lack of motivation. Such knowledge is essential for creating change and success. Hypnotherapy then sets the arena for us to regain self-worth and self-assurance, recognize our capabilities and build a desire to take action by defining clear goals and planning a step-by-step approach.

First and foremost, a good solid healthy attitude toward ourselves is essential for confidence and motivation. Low self-esteem, feeling unworthy and incompetent, most often begins in the early childhood years, when we are most vulnerable to degrading opinions and comments made toward us by family, teachers and friends.

Hypnotherapy allows us to review past circumstances unclouded by conscious judgment, and more truthfully understand how and why we formed our fearful and demeaning self-beliefs. New insight allows us to clear away old fearful and limiting perceptions of ourselves, and build a new attitude that is self-accepting, assertive and trusting in ourselves.
